Meeting you where you are, elevating where you’re going.

Hi, I'm Sara.

My approach to brain health is rooted not just in theory, but in years of hands-on experience. As a former Lifestyle Coach for the U.S. POINTER clinical trial—a pioneering study that demonstrated how we can actively safeguard our brain health—I worked directly with participants to turn complex research into actionable daily habits. I witnessed firsthand what truly works in everyday life and understand where people often need additional support. Today, I apply expertise to help you create a brain-healthy life tailored to your individual needs.

My story

Finding Hope and Empowerment in Cognitive Health

My journey into cognitive health coaching began in the clinic, not the classroom. As a lifestyle coach for the U.S. POINTER clinical trial, I had the privilege of working with an incredibly diverse group of individuals—many of whom were at high risk for Alzheimer’s and dementia, or were caring for family members facing these challenges.

I saw firsthand how heavy the weight of worry can be when you fear for your own brain health. Many of my participants arrived feeling that decline was inevitable—a hopeless "part of getting older." But that isn't where their stories ended.

Witnessing these individuals transform their lives by incorporating the U.S. POINTER framework was the greatest inspiration of my career. I found that shifting our mindset from pursuing perfection to welcoming progress and turning fear into empathy can lead to truly significant outcomes. Participants who once struggled to see a future for themselves began to reclaim their lives: "I never thought I could do it, but I did," they told me. "Now I can get up off the floor, hold my grandchild, and have more energy for what I love."

I became a cognitive health coach because I believe that brain health isn’t just about prevention—it’s about empowerment. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are in your health journey, turning complex frameworks into realistic, enjoyable, and sustainable lifestyle changes. You deserve to feel empowered, energized, and ready for your next chapter.
